Koufopoulos<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Professor, University of London<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prof Dimitrios N. Koufopoulos (BSc, MBA, PhD, FCMI, FIC, CMBE, FRSA) is a Professor at the University of London, a Visiting Professor at the School of Law, CCLS at Queen Mary University, Honorary Research Fellow at Birkbeck University of London, and the Director of the Global Online MBA Programmes in University of London. He has held numerous academic positions at Brunel University and Cardiff University in the UK in his academic career. He is also an adjunct faculty at the Hellenic Open University, the Open University of Cyprus and Royal Holloway, and he supervises research students at the University of Glasgow, Portsmouth and Warwick University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alongside his academic career, he set up in 1994 a boutique consulting firm (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnosisconsultants.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.gnosisconsultants.com<\/a>), providing intelligent reports and advisory services on business and management issues.\u00a0 In 2007, he set up the Hellenic Observatory of Corporate Governance (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hocg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.hocg.eu<\/a>), where research on Greece&#8217;s five distinct, important economic domains is conducted on issues related to Corporate Governance, ESG and Sustainability. Since 2016, is a partner in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.proteas.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.proteas.io<\/a>\u00a0a business model innovation consulting firm and in 2024 joined as Board Advisor the Pensionrc (<a href=\"https:\/\/esgsummit-icapcrif.liveon.tech\/social\/profile\/Pensi%C3%B3n%20Research%20&amp;%20Consulting%20(pensionrc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pensi\u00f3n Research &amp; Consulting (pensionrc.com<\/a>) a specialist advisory and research firm on pension systems worldwide and as an Academic Chair the Earth Nature Climate institute\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.enc.institute\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.enc.institute<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dimitrios N.
