Vicky Charitou<\/strong> is a mother of two girls, an HR Learning & Development Consultant, a Corporate Trainer and an Accredited Business & Career Coach by the global organization EMCC. She is also a visiting professor at an English-speaking college in Athens teaching Human Resources Management\u00a0 , in its postgraduate program.<\/p>\n

She has many years of experience in the Banking sector, Tourism, Consulting firms and NGOs. Her main focus has been developing people\u2019s skills in areas such as Communication, Leadership, Team Collaboration and Emotional Intelligence \u2014 always with the aim of self-empowerment and inner balance, as well as fostering efficient teamwork within groups and organizations.<\/p>\n

She actively volunteers in women\u2019s empowerment communities and organizations such as Lean In, Women on Top, Rise Club, Women Do Business, and Women Act. She is also a Board Member of the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC) Greece, where she co-organizes supportive actions and workshops for students, women, working professionals, mothers returning to the labor market etc.<\/p>\n

She is the co-creator of \u201cBe Inclusive\u201d<\/strong>, the only holistic program for building a DE&I culture within companies and organizations, using research-based, educational and consulting tools.<\/p>\n

Vicky holds a Master\u2019s degree in International Banking and Financial Services<\/em> from Reading University (UK), is a certified Career Development Counselor for teenagers and adults (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) and has completed postgraduate Diploma in Positive Psychology (\u0395\u0395\u0398\u0395\u03a8\u03a5) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (nlpgreece).<\/p>\n
