Thaleia Mathiou is the Marketing Manager at Holland & Barrett, member of Fourlis Group of companies, with experience in the retail sector. She holds an MBA from Babson College (Boston, USA) with focus on entrepreneurship and marketing, as well as a BSc in Business & Finance from Cass Business School (London, UK). She has worked for multinational and leading organizations such as Ernst & Young, Johnson & Johnson, IKEA, and Korres.<\/p>\n

In her current role at Holland & Barrett, she is responsible for the company\u2019s growth in Greece, the strategic planning and implementation of the communication strategy, the management of the marketing budget, and the development of integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, PR). At the same time, she oversees brand image and in-store experience, the design and production of marketing materials, as well as the organization of events and PR initiatives. She is also responsible for shaping the company\u2019s public image to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.<\/p>\n

She is passionate about basketball and kickboxing.<\/p>\n
