Debt Securitisation Data:\u00a0debt securitisation data per loan agreement, organisational and operational structure of the Issuer of the debt securities, expected cash flows and time of payment, any collection or payment from credit default swaps, contractual obligations for payment based on the issued securities, obligations burdening the usual business activity of those involved in the securitisation structure, qualitative and quantitative data of the Debt Manager<br \/><br \/>Declaration Regarding The Processing of Personal Data By ICAP CRIF (by its capacity as Data Controller and Processor \u2013 in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation EU 679\/2016)<\/p>\r\n<p>Why will ICAP CRIF process my Personal Data (PD)?<br \/>ICAP CRIF provides products and services containing commercial and financial information about legal entities, sole proprietorships and individuals on the basis of the intended purpose, such as described in paragraph 6 hereof. Their contents vary depending on the type and purpose of the provided service of ICAP CRIF. Personal Data Retention Period<\/strong><br \/>The data retention period depends on the lawful basis of processing, as set out in detail below:<br \/>\u25cfIn case the lawful basis for processing is the exercise of legitimate interest, the processing of personal data is carried out for as long as it is considered necessary for the achievement of the intended statutory purpose of ICAP CRIF described in paragraph 6 below,\u00a0 and until such time the limitation period of any related claims has expired (article 6 par. f of GDPR)<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0In case the personal data of the Client Information are provided under their own consent within the framework of their registration in the services of the Website, we shall retain their data until the granted consent by the data subject has been withdrawn. Legitimate Interest \u2013 Intended Purpose \u2013\u00a0 Lawful Basis for Data Processing<\/strong><br \/>\u0399CAP CRIF S.A. operates as Credit Rating Agency since the 7th of July 2011, in accordance with the approval it received from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the European Securities &amp; Markets Authority (ESMA).<br \/>ICAP CRIF within the framework of the general business activity according to the above and the pursuit of its statutory objectives, among which it is the collection, management, and provision of commercial and financial information (business information) regarding the transactors\u2019 evaluation of the creditworthiness and the promotion of its business activity for the assessment of the credit risks and the resolution of transactions, has created and maintains a database, which is daily updated with economic and commercial information in terms of economic units details. ICAP CRIF processes and stores the said data within the E.U.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Moreover, in cases where the Clients register and use the Website and Services of ICAP CRIF (including those offered by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icapb2b.gr\/\">www.icapb2b.gr<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/myra.icap.crif.com\">https:\/\/myra.icap.crif.com<\/a>\u00a0they will be requested to provide certain personal data. The data processing in this instance, is deemed necessary for the conclusion of a contract with ICAP CRIF, as well as for the use of the aforementioned Applications, Services and Websites. Data Processing by ICAP CRIF<\/strong><br \/>In some instances, our clients provide their business data, such as a customer, supplier or third parties\u2019 data \u2013 which may contain personal data (who may refer to individuals or companies) \u2013 within the framework of the provision of our services. In such cases, ICAP CRIF shall operate as the \u201cProcessor\u201d of the personal data, which are included in the said business data. Consequently, in those cases different provisions of the GDPR 679\/2016 shall apply, with which we comply.<br \/><br \/>Additionally, ICAP CRIF applies throughout the data processing procedure, the appropriate technical, physical, and administrative security measures for the protection and security of the personal data from loss, misuse, damage or modification, unauthorised access and disclosure, in compliance with article 32 of the GDPR 679\/2016, in order to ensure the appropriate security level against those risks. Moreover, ICAP CRIF shall take measures so as to ensure that any physical person acting under the authority of the data controller or of the processor, who has access to personal data, shall not process those data except on instructions from the data controller and limits access to your personal information to authorised employees.<br \/><br \/>Indicative security measures applied by ICAP CRIF are as follows:<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0ICAP CRIF has been awarded with ISO 27001\/2013 Certification<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0ICAP CRIF maintains a dedicated information security team that plans, implements and provides surveillance of our information security program<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0The company controls the security and functionality of its products and services before they are introduced to the Internet, for any vulnerabilities in technology<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0The company performs ongoing infrastructure checks to detect weaknesses and potential intrusions, vulnerabilities in systems etc.<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0The company uses\u00a0https\u00a0protocols for secure and encrypted client communication with ICAP CRIF.<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0The company uses the open standard protocol to access Lightweight Directory Access Protocol\u00a0(LDAP)\u00a0directory services and uses encrypted passwords<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0The company uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate to create an encrypted connection between the web server and the Client\u2019s browser<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0The company protects its Web Sites by presenting a Web Application Firewall and an IDS\/IPS Firewall in-front of the Web Servers<br \/>\u25cf\u00a0The company operates an ISMS \u2013 Information Security Management System to reduce Cyber-Security Risks.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>9.
