Nikos Kontizas, of Counsel at Tsibanoulis & Partners, specializes in banking law (with emphasis on payment services), capital markets law, and transnational acquisitions. He is admitted to the Athens Bar, New York Bar, and California Bar. Nikos started his carreer in New York City and was employed by major US law firms, including Proskauer Rose, and Skadden Arps, as a corporate finance attorney for over six years. From 2012 to 2016, he headed the Capital Markets\/Banking and Finance practices of Zepos & Yannopoulos. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greek listed company Creta Farms, as well as Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Finance (member of four different committees for the drafting of new legislation in respect of corporations law, mergers & acquisitions law, Greek film industry, and collection companies).<\/p>\n
