Serko possesses over 35 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development. He joined the ICAP Group in 1988, holding significant positions in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. He spearheaded the implementation of corporate strategies for Credit Risk Services and Marketing Solutions in Greece and Cyprus, successfully establishing and expanding the sales organization across Greece, achieving market leadership with a market share exceeding 80%.
He developed and maintained strategic partnerships with international clients and played a pivotal role in business development across the region, including Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Cyprus. He was actively involved in establishing and maintaining collaborations with Dun & Bradstreet, Kompass, Facebook, and Google.
Serko holds an MBA in Management from Kingston University, UK, and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, Greece. He has participated in and attended numerous international conferences and seminars. He is married and has two daughters.
