I am a Corporate Trainer, DE&I Facilitator and a certified Leadership Coach. I am the founder of Lead From Within, a hub for personal and professional development offering 1:1 coaching, soft skills workshops and corporate training solutions.
I coach and train individuals and teams, supporting them to strengthen their leadership skills, improve their performance, define their leadership style and achieve their goals.
I have a long professional experience in adult training. I conceptualize and deliver customized interactive workshops for the corporate environment. My working background includes synergies with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, academic institutions and companies from various industries, i.e. retail, pharmaceuticals, energy, telecom. I am a certified trainer at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government and I currently teach at the Athens University of Economics & Business. I have widely published my academic work.
I am co-founder of Women Act, which aims at empowering women to participate, as leaders and agents of change, in the public sphere.
I approach my work by focusing on resilience, self-awareness and respect for diversity. I speak six languages.
My book, “Self-leadership” (Αυτοηγεσία), by KAKTOS editions, focuses on the necessary toolset and skills we need in order to become leaders in our personal and professional lives.
