ICAP CRIF, through “True Leaders” Business Awards institution, recognizes since 2011, companies and groups that have distinguished themselves in the Greek market, based on objective criteria derived from published data.
ICAP CRIF Ratings (a subsidiary of ICAP CRIF S.A.) is the only Greek company:
– Certified as a Credit Rating Agency (CRA) by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and
– Recognized as an External Credit Assessment Institution (ECAI) by the Bank of Greece.
For the 16th consecutive year, ICAP CRIF is honoring companies that have distinguished themselves in the Greek market through its “True Leaders” program. This year’s awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, at the Athens Concert Hall, as part of a festive event dedicated to healthy entrepreneurship.
Approximately 350 senior executives from leading companies, as well as representatives of key organizations in the Greek business community, are expected to attend the event.
True Leaders Award Criteria*:
• Be included in the 500 companies or 200 groups* with the highest profitability (EBITDA) for 2025*.
• Be among the 500 companies or 200 groups with the largest number of employees and have increased their workforce from 2023* to 2024*.
• Be ranked among the top positions in their sector.
• Be rated with a high ICAP CRIF Credit Score.
Since then, the institution has expanded to Bulgaria and Romania with great success, offering prestigious recognition to companies and/or groups that stand out as champions of local business.

• By public transport: The conference venue is a 3-minute walk from the Megaro Mousikis metro station.

As an indication, parking rates are €3 for the first 3 hours and €1 for each additional hour.
