Aglaia Schiza studied Mechanical engineering at the University of Thessaly where she became a member of the Formula student team, Centaurus Racing (2014-2017) working at the powertrain department and as the leader of the team. In 2021 she started working as an engineer at Sielman but two years later following her passion for the automotive industry she moved to Brussels to work for Toyota Motor Europe. September 2023 onwards she is working at Redbull Racing Formula 1 team as a Design engineer actively involved in the development of the team’s next powertrain.
