Stella Kasdagli

Stella Kasdagli is a writer and co-founder of inc.lude, which provides consulting and training services to companies and organizations on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion issues. She is also co-founder of the non-profit organization Women On Top, the most experienced organization in Greece for women’s professional empowerment and equality in the public sphere. She designs and implements actions to remove the barriers that women and other underrepresented groups still face in the labour market, writes about issues she would like to see more discussed, translates books and coordinates reading clubs and workshops for personal development and social change. She is an alumna of the U.S. State Department’s IVLP program and Vital Voices Visionaries 2023, has been honored with the Social Impact UK Alumni Award, as well as the National Knowledge Book Award for Children, for her book 30 Women Who Changed the World (and How You Can Change It Too), published by Pataki. She has two daughters and is raising them in Athens.
