My name is Dionyssia Leschopoulou, and I am the Co-founder, CEO and Head of Sales of Athenian Yachts SA. In July 2024, I will complete 44 years in the yachting industry.
For the past 40 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside Dimitris Tzaras. Together, we have shared both mistakes and successes, today and tomorrow – not only as partners but also as siblings. Despite having opposite personalities, we complement each other.
I feel deeply grateful because challenges have driven me further, and my love for daily life, my work, and the people I collaborate with provide me with knowledge and strength. At the same time, I am happy to have three children who continue the journey of Athenian Yachts with the same passion, but with fresh perspectives and new prospects.
I value every experience I have had and continue to have, as at the beginning of my career, I never imagined such prospects or success. Today, I can identify the source of success: patience, persistence, consistency, respect, and steady steps without the speed of showmanship or unfair competition.
