Zeta Douka is an actress, with studies in dance, music and physiotherapy. A milestone in her career was the foundation of the NGO “ANASA”, which since 2007 has been providing information and prevention around eating disorders as well as free primary care services to sufferers through the Day Centre.

As president of “ANASA” she has spoken extensively on the importance of mental health care and the role of self-esteem as a tool for self-awareness and resilience.

Her social position focuses mainly on the recognition and elimination of violence in all its forms , the equal position of women in society, the protection of vulnerable populations and the respect for the environment.

In 2021 she released the children’s book series “Ella & Ally” from key books publishing, emphasizing the power of friendship, acceptance of diversity and of course, the female empowerment & support.

In the last year, she has been professionally involved as a human resources training and development manager, through the application of the Ar.T.P model . Applying a specific methodology based on the art of theatre, she focuses on the human being and his/her development, to help him/her discover aspects of himself/herself and transform into the optimal version of himself/herself.

She is the mother of 9-year-old Thalia and a person who never gets complacent.
