Daisy Maniatopoulou combines extensive experience in senior executive roles with deep knowledge of psychology and human behavior. Today, she offers consulting services to companies and executives, focusing on leadership, team empowerment, and personal development. Alongside her work with companies and executives, she also supports individuals through one-on-one sessions and facilitates select self-awareness groups.
For two decades, she led Porsche Hellas as President and CEO, achieving significant business results and receiving multiple distinctions. Her transition into psychology came as a natural continuation of a strong inner drive to truly understand and support the person behind – and beyond – the professional role. She believes that “if you don’t understand people, you don’t understand business”, and that companies are built on human relationships – not just on products and strategies.
She has designed and delivered seminars on leadership, collaboration, and personal development, and has been a speaker at conferences and platforms including Life Project, Panorama of Entrepreneurship, Tatoi Club, and The Speakers.
She studied Psychology at Deree – The American College of Greece, and holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy.
