Francesca Sideri has devoted more than 25 years to the world of marketing and communications, working for multinational companies and international brands. She loves creating and communicating with people and combines professionalism with human contact. Since 2024, she has held the position of Senior Manager, Corporate Communications & Marketing at ICAP CRIF, where she coordinates projects and leads working groups with the aim of continuous development and extroversion of the organization.
She began her professional career in 1999 at Warner Lambert, where she held roles in Wholesale and Pharmacy/Small Retail Sales, contributing to the company’s strategic positioning in the markets. She then spent eight years at DIAGEO Hellas, where she led marketing strategies that strengthened the long-term presence of iconic brands such as Smirnoff and Baileys, implementing comprehensive commercial programs and overseeing innovative advertising and commercial promotion plans. In 2008, he joined the ICAP group and later ICAP CRIF, where he progressively developed multidimensional experience in high-responsibility roles, covering areas such as strategic marketing consulting services, service and product management, corporate communications, press office, and event organization.
She holds an MBA from ALBA Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Deree College, among others.
More broadly, she draws inspiration and finds balance from her family, loves traveling, and new experiences, and the joy of discovery.
