Global Receivables & Credit Director, Calderys Group
Irini Houda is the Global Director of Receivables & Credit (O2C & GPO) at Calderys Group, with over 18 years of international experience in credit management, accounts receivable, and Order-to-Cash operations.
She has built her career in corporate finance roles within leading multinational organizations such as Toyota Hellas, Hewlett Packard, and Imerys, gaining deep expertise and a broad understanding of business operations across diverse industries and markets. She has also been actively involved in major mergers and acquisitions, contributing to the strategic transformation of organizations.
In her current global role, Irini leads process harmonization, drives Shared Service Center (SSC) efficiencies, and steers large-scale transformation initiatives as Global Process Owner for Order-to-Cash across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, managing and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams worldwide. She also oversees the full scope of credit control, risk management, and receivables operations across 30 countries and approximately 50 plants, covering the Group’s activities in refractories, industrial minerals, and raw materials such as iron, steel, cement, and glass.
