Efi Kapopoulou
Human Resources Manager, Costas Papaellinas Organization
Efi Kapopoulou started her career in 2012, providing accounting services to technology and food companies. She joined Costas Papaellinas Organization (CPO) Group, specifically CPO Greece, in 2016, taking on various roles in the company’s commercial departments until 2018, when she became the Human Resources Manager for Greece.
She holds a degree in “Agricultural Economics and Development” from the Agricultural University of Athens and an MBA in Food & Agribusiness from the same university, which she completed with a scholarship.
She has led environmental and social initiatives, shaping an ESG culture throughout the company’s layers. One of the standout initiatives, “Create A New Planet,” had the full contribution and support of the staff, while, under this umbrella, implementations for a more sustainable development were completed, which remains one of the key priorities in the CPO Group of Companies’ strategy.
