Lida Malikentzou
ESG and Communications Manager, Loulis Food Ingredients

Lida Malikentzou was born in Volos in 1976 and is married with two children. She has been working at Loulis Food Ingredients, the leading flour mill company in Greece, since 2005.
She is a graduate of the American College of Greece – DEREE College in Athens. She holds a BSc in Business Administration – Management & Organizational Behavior and completed her postgraduate studies at the University of Westminster, United Kingdom, obtaining an MA in Human Resources Management (with Merit). She then pursued a Mini MBA at the University of London, London School of Economics & Political Science, United Kingdom.
Throughout her career, she worked as Personnel and Training Manager at The Hilton Sherlock Holmes Hotel, London (1998-2000), Assistant Personnel Manager at the Ledra Marriott Hotel, Athens (2000-2005), and in 2005 she was hired by Loulis Mills S.A. in Sourpi, Magnesia (now Loulis Food Ingredients) as Human Resources Manager. In 2011, she moved internally to the company’s Management Department as the PA to the President, and in 2014, she transitioned to the Corporate Responsibility & Communications Department, where she was promoted to Manager in 2023. She has been responsible for 8 Sustainability Reports based on international standards and has participated in various company conferences and presentations.
She speaks English and French and has computer skills.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and is passionate about daily physical activities such as running, swimming, skiing, and stand-up paddling (SUP).
