With over 20 years of experience in Organizational Growth, Maria Eleni specializes in guiding Organizations to achieve their strategic goals, utilizing the best of their Talent and Values.
Prior to working as an Independent Consultant and Business Partner, she successfully held several challenging HR roles in leading multinational companies in the FMCG, Tobacco and Shipping sectors.
She has extensive experience in human capital transformation, guides leaders to develop high-performing teams, increases sales force capabilities, facilitates people alignment and strategy for sustainable performance, and counsels businesses in rethinking and redesigning their operating models.
In her new role of VP HR since April, she is leading the Human Resources Department at AB Vassilopoulos and as a member of the Executive Committee, she contributes to the transformation of the Organization and the implementation of its strategy.
She is a graduate of the Professional Stream of MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics., accredited by the CIPD and certified in a range of psychometric, development and business tools.
