With more than 20 years of experience, Elena is the Executive Director of Human Capital Division at ICAP CRIF Group of companies, overseeing all HR operations in Greece, Romania, and Bulgaria, leading a team of mature HR professionals. In her role, as a member of the Executive Committee, she decisively contributes to the transformation of the Organization and the integration and implementation of its international strategy in the Region.
She specializes in employee attraction, recruitment and retention, staff Orientation, Performance Appraisal and Training & Development Processes, as well as in Compensation and Benefits Strategies, HR Administration and Wellbeing activities.
Prior to working at ICAP CRIF, she had the chair of Chief HR officer at the Hellenic American Educational Foundation (Athens College) while before, she successfully held several challenging HR roles in leading multinational companies, in the FMCG (Nestle Hellas S.A, PepsiCo – Ivi) and Services (KPMG) sectors.
She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Universite Libre De Bruxelles and is a graduate of the Political Sciences and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Elena is married, and a proud Mother to two children.
