Triantafyllos Alexopoulos is the HR Director of Teleperformance Greece, with more than 25 years of experience in the field of human resources. He studied Business Administration at the New York College of Greece and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Kurt Bosch University Institute. He has been working at Teleperformance Greece since 1995 and has been in charge of the Human Resources Department since 2001.
In his role as HR Director, he has been instrumental in promoting Teleperformance for its excellent corporate culture and innovative HR strategies. The company has received significant accolades, including that at the Great Place to Work and the HR Excellence Awards of the HSE. Recently, the company won two gold and three silver awards at the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards 2024, recognizing its efforts in combating stereotypes, empowering women and promoting employee mental health and wellness.
He is an active member of the Association of Senior Executives of Enterprises (EASE) and the Association of Human Resources Management in Greece (HRMG), with a strong commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the workplace. At the same time, he focuses on the professional development of employees and the creation of a dynamic corporate culture that promotes growth and inclusion.
