Nadine Karali is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the technology sector. Currently, she serves as the Commercial Director for South East Europe at Microsoft, leading the AI Workforce division. Since joining Microsoft in 2012, Nadine has held a variety of sales and leadership positions, consistently demonstrating expertise in enterprise sales strategy and organizational excellence. She strives for operational excellence and has been grateful to receive recognition for her contributions throughout her career.
Driven by a deep passion for empowering others, Nadine excels in fostering meaningful connections and collaborating with teams to unlock organizational potential and envision transformative futures through technology. She is dedicated to mentoring emerging professionals and advancing female talent, serving as the Woman Employee Resource Group Lead for Greece/ Cyprus/ Malta. In this role, Nadine actively champions diversity and inclusion, helping to cultivate equitable environments and maximize the success of underrepresented groups.
Nadine holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London. Outside of her professional endeavors, Nadine is a proud mother of two young boys and enjoys exploring new destinations with her family.
