Nasia is a senior legal professional with more than 15 years of experience in leading law firms and multinational corporations. She specializes in corporate and employment law, with expertise in restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and high-profile litigation.
Since 2018, she has held the position of Legal Manager & Compliance Officer for Greece and Albania at Heidelberg Materials Group, while also serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greek entity. Additionally, she is the Communication Manager for Greece. In these combined roles, she delivers strategic guidance on legal, regulatory, compliance, and communication matters, actively supporting the Group’s operations across the region.
Nasia holds a Law degree and an LL.M. in Administrative Law from Democritus University of Thrace and an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School.
